our Story
Founded in 2024, Hypothetical Creative was launched by Sari Tockerman - an award-winning director/producer; Matt Gandler - a director/cinematographer with government and agency experience; Conor Reid - award-winning director/writer; and Kaleb Pedroza - an experienced writer and concept developer.
College friends from DePaul University, they reunited post-grad to launch a new production company as they sought a shift in their professional careers.

Sari Tockerman
Executive Producer
Sari is an award winning director and producer whose work has been screened across the country. Passionate and meticulous, Sari will make your project (and life) easier.
Matt Gandler
Creative Director
Matt is a seasoned director and DoP. With an agency background as well as in music videos and narrative film, he has experience working with both national and local brands.
Conor Reid
Head of Development
Conor is an award winning writer, director, & comedian, notably performing at The Second City. They have also worked alongside brands such as Lyrical Lemonade and 7/11
Kaleb Pedroza
Head of Operations
Kaleb is a passionate writer & producer with experience in concept development at both Glass and Wynn Entertainment. He is skilled in storytelling and creative direction.
